i had heated twin room with down duvets, tatami mats, 4 western beds for 2 adults. location: the hotel was next to escal plaza ski slope, and restuarants. it also was very close to everything.

This place was amazing, and the staff was incredible. the comforts of the loft with down duvets were fabulous. the location was marvelous and perfect, just next door to Goryu/Hakuba 47 and Nagano. It was also very close to the bus stop that takes you to the ski resort.

We stayed in a cosy quadruple room with a private bathroom and four comfortable western beds for two adults. the hotel's location was great and very convenient, just a short walk from the bus stop that takes you to the ski resort.

The cheerful staff, including Sakura-san and Kak Anis, treated us like old friends, making every day special. the cozy atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and thoughtful assistance truly made us feel at home.

We were pleasantly surprised by the free shuttle service to and from the bus stop. It made getting around so convenient, especially after a long day on the slopes. the breakfast was a perfect way to start our snowy adventures. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless and enjoyable stay.
